Returns and refunds
Due to the unique, handmade nature of our products, returns are accepted only for items that are damaged upon arrival or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
You will need to provide photos of the item and your order details for us to process your request.
Please note that custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable.
